As “early adopters” of emerging technologies in radiology and diagnostic imaging, the team of physicians, technologists and nurses at UofL Health Care is the region’s most experienced in nearly every specialty. From the most advanced PET scanner to a completely digital X-ray department, the UofL Health Care radiology services department is the technology leader.

Working in concert with clinicians from University of Louisville Hospital, the James Graham Brown Cancer Center and all clinics across the Health Sciences Center, the board certified physicians and support staff of the UofL Health Care radiology team provide excellent and efficient inpatient and outpatient service.

The radiology services team values UofL Health Care’s research and education mission as well, partnering with allied health training programs as a primary clinical teaching site and with physician researchers in other clinical departments to create new methods and investigate new technologies.
