Patient rooms can be called directly by dialing 502-562-4(XYZ) where XYZ is the three digit room number.

To make local calls from a patient room, dial 81-(7 digit local number). There is no charge for local calls.

To make long distance calls from a patient room, you must dial collect or use a calling card. Collect calls can be made through your long distance carrier by dialing 81-(their toll free number), through BellSouth by dialing 81-0, or by calling other collect call services such as 1-800-CALL-ATT or 1-800-COLLECT.
