The front lobby of our hospital has undergone numerous changes in the past few months. As a significant contribution to the patient experience, the lobby desk is now staffed by Concierges.

Our friendly representatives assist visitors by locating room numbers of those you are here to visit, escorting patients to areas for outpatient tests and other such helpful tasks. Our Concierge team also assists families with hotel, dining and transportation questions.

The lobby staff members are here to serve you Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. until 9:30 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from noon until 7 p.m.

We are proud of our Lobby Concierges. They truly are the FACE of University of Louisville Hospital.
