Although, as healthcare professionals, we acknowledge the importance of research and evidence-based practice in providing excellent patient care, the process of research and research utilization may seem overwhelming.

In hopes of dispelling some of those beliefs, the Nursing and Interdisciplinary Research Committee (NIDRC) has developed a research “how to” manual. It is presented in PDF format in the link below for your review and guidance.
